These Crypto Gaming Rules (“Rules”) govern the placement, acceptance, operation, and settlement of casino game wagers on SpinSaga Crypto Casino (“SpinSaga”). They form part of, and should be read together with, the SpinSaga Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
These Rules are deliberately limited to gaming operations. Eligibility, account registration, restricted jurisdictions, deposits and withdrawals, cryptocurrency wallet transactions, identity verification, anti-money laundering controls, bonuses and promotions, responsible gaming tools, privacy, complaints, dispute resolution, and other general legal matters are governed by the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any policy or promotion terms linked from the platform.
1.1 These Rules apply to all casino games made available through SpinSaga, including slots, table games, live casino games, instant-win games, crash-style games, and any SpinSaga-developed or third-party games offered from time to time.
1.2 Each game may include its own rules, paytable, help screen, limits, feature descriptions, and provider terms (“Game Rules”). You must review the applicable Game Rules before placing a wager.
1.3 If documents conflict, the Game Rules control the mechanics and payout calculation of that specific game; these Rules control general wager acceptance, game-round operation, and settlement; and the Terms and Conditions control account, payment, compliance, liability, and legal matters.
1.4 Promotional or bonus-funded play is also subject to the specific promotion or bonus terms. Those terms may affect eligible games, maximum wagers, wagering contribution, expiry, or withdrawal eligibility, but do not change the underlying outcome of a correctly completed game round.
2.1 “Accepted Wager” means a wager that has been received and accepted by the relevant game server or provider system and recorded in SpinSaga’s transaction or game history.
2.2 “Game Round” means one completed unit of play, from acceptance of a wager until the result is settled, voided, refunded, or otherwise closed under the applicable Game Rules.
2.3 “In-Game Cash-Out” means a game feature that allows a player to end an active position or round for the value accepted by the game server. It is different from withdrawing funds from a SpinSaga account.
2.4 “Provider” means SpinSaga or a third-party game studio, live-casino operator, platform provider, or other supplier responsible for operating or recording a game.
2.5 “Provably Fair Game” means a game specifically identified as using cryptographic inputs and a verification method that allows a completed result to be independently checked.
2.6 “Technical Error” includes a software, hardware, communication, display, pricing, paytable, data-feed, settlement, or configuration error that causes a game or transaction to operate other than as intended.
3.1 You are responsible for reviewing the game objective, paytable, available actions, minimum and maximum wager, payout limits, volatility or risk settings, side bets, time limits, and any special features before play.
3.2 A displayed return-to-player percentage (“RTP”) is a theoretical long-term statistical average calculated over a large number of plays. RTP is not a promise, account-specific entitlement, or guarantee of any result during a session.
3.3 Unless the Game Rules expressly state otherwise, each round is independent. Previous results, streaks, histories, or visual patterns do not make a future result more or less likely.
3.4 Before confirming a wager, check the selected game, currency or unit, wager amount, risk setting, paytable, and any automatic-play settings. Do not place a wager if required game information has failed to load or appears inconsistent.
4.1 A wager is valid only when it becomes an Accepted Wager. Pressing a button, seeing an animation, or sending a request from your device does not by itself establish acceptance.
4.2 A wager may be rejected or remain unaccepted if, for example, the account has insufficient available balance, the amount is outside the permitted limits, the betting window has closed, the game is suspended, or the request is not received by the game server in time.
4.3 Once accepted, a wager cannot be cancelled, reduced, or reversed by the player unless a specific game feature expressly permits it.
4.4 If you are unsure whether a wager was accepted, check your balance and game or transaction history before placing another wager. Contact Customer Support if the status remains unclear.
4.5 SpinSaga may refuse or limit a wager before acceptance where permitted by applicable law, the Terms and Conditions, the Game Rules, or operational and risk controls.
5.1 A completed round is settled under the Game Rules and paytable that applied when the wager was accepted.
5.2 The official server-side record maintained by SpinSaga or the Provider—including the game ID, transaction ID, wager, actions, timestamps, result, and payout—is the primary record for settlement. Device displays, cached pages, animations, notifications, screenshots, or third-party records may assist an investigation but are not conclusive by themselves.
5.3 A payout becomes available only after the round has been completed and the result has been recorded and credited to the account ledger.
5.4 Calculations may use more decimal places than are displayed. The interface may round values for readability, while settlement is based on the precision recorded in the account ledger or Provider system.
5.5 Where a round is later identified as incorrectly settled, SpinSaga may correct the record, reverse an erroneous entry, and credit or debit the account so that it reflects the result required by the applicable Game Rules.
6.1 Games may display wagers and payouts in a supported cryptocurrency, a platform unit, or a reference-currency equivalent. The currency or unit recorded with the Accepted Wager governs the settlement of that round.
6.2 Any reference-currency value is informational unless the interface expressly states that it is the settlement currency. Market-price movements after acceptance do not change the number of crypto units won or lost in a completed round.
6.3 Where the platform converts a displayed amount between units for game entry or settlement, the conversion method or rate shown or recorded at the relevant confirmation point applies, subject to correction of an obvious or Technical Error.
6.4 Deposit addresses, blockchain networks, confirmations, wallet ownership, network fees, and account withdrawals are governed by the cryptocurrency provisions in the Terms and Conditions, not by these Rules.
7.1 Slots, digital table games, and instant games are governed by the paytable and feature rules displayed within the game. Winning combinations, multipliers, bonus features, paylines, ways-to-win, and maximum-payout rules vary by title.
7.2 For live casino games, the Provider’s official game record controls. A misdeal, card-reading issue, camera interruption, dealer error, data-feed problem, or cancelled table may result in a round being completed, re-settled, refunded, or voided under the Provider’s rules.
7.3 For crash-style or other time-sensitive games, an In-Game Cash-Out request is effective only when received and accepted by the game server before the relevant closing, crash, bust, or result event. Device latency, connection delay, or an on-screen button press that is not accepted does not complete a cash-out.
7.4 Where a game offers autoplay, turbo play, quick bet, hotkeys, stop conditions, or similar built-in features, you remain responsible for the selected stake, limits, number of rounds, and settings. External bots, scripts, macros, or automated systems are not permitted.
7.5 Where progressive or pooled jackpots are offered, the displayed jackpot meter may be an estimated or delayed value. A jackpot is awarded only after the winning event and amount are validated in the official system records and any jackpot-specific rules are satisfied.
8.1 Game outcomes are generated through the method identified for the relevant game, which may include a certified random number generator, a live dealer process, a cryptographic provably fair system, or another Provider-controlled mechanism.
8.2 The label “provably fair” applies only to games specifically identified as such. It does not apply automatically to every game on the platform.
8.3 A Provably Fair Game may use a pre-committed server seed or hash, a player or client seed, a nonce, and game-specific calculations. The verification process made available for that game may be used after the relevant seed or result data is revealed or rotated.
8.4 Verification demonstrates whether the published inputs reproduce the recorded result. It does not guarantee a win, remove the house edge, predict a future result, or change a completed settlement.
8.5 You must not attempt to interfere with seeds, nonces, hashes, verification tools, game code, or the communication between your device and the game server.
9.1 If a connection is lost after a wager has been accepted, the round may continue on the game server and settle without your device remaining connected.
9.2 If the wager was not accepted before the interruption, no wager exists and no result or payout is due.
9.3 After reconnecting, check the game history and account ledger. Depending on the game and Provider, an interrupted round may resume, complete automatically, remain pending while records are reconciled, or be refunded or voided.
9.4 A delay in displaying a result or balance does not by itself cancel an Accepted Wager. SpinSaga may temporarily restrict access to a game or account while an interrupted or disputed round is investigated.
10.1 A malfunction or Technical Error voids affected play where the game cannot be reliably reconstructed or settled under its intended rules.
10.2 An “obvious error” includes a result, payout, multiplier, paytable, balance, limit, currency conversion, or game configuration that is materially inconsistent with the intended rules or that a reasonable player should recognise as incorrect.
10.3 SpinSaga may suspend settlement, void or recalculate an affected round, reverse an incorrect credit or debit, and restore the account to the position that would have applied without the error.
10.4 If you receive or notice an incorrect balance, payout, duplicate credit, or game result, do not use or withdraw the affected amount. Report it promptly to Customer Support.
10.5 Knowingly exploiting or repeatedly attempting to benefit from a malfunction, latency issue, configuration error, or incorrect payout is prohibited conduct.
11.1 In addition to the prohibited conduct stated in the Terms and Conditions, you must not:
11.2 SpinSaga may investigate suspected prohibited conduct and take the account and balance actions permitted under the Terms and Conditions. A temporary restriction during an investigation is not a final determination.
12.1 Games, Providers, features, wager limits, payout limits, risk settings, RTP configurations, or paytables may be added, removed, suspended, or changed from time to time.
12.2 A prospective change applies to wagers accepted after the revised information is made available. Except to correct an obvious or Technical Error, SpinSaga will not retrospectively change the valid rules or paytable of a completed round.
12.3 Provider maintenance, legal restrictions, outages, or commercial changes may make a game unavailable without prior notice. Accepted or pending rounds will be handled using the applicable records and Provider rules.
13.1 Review your game history and account ledger regularly. Report a disputed round promptly and within any time limit stated in the Terms and Conditions.
13.2 A report should include, where available, the account email or username, game title, Provider, game or transaction ID, date and approximate time, cryptocurrency or unit, wager amount, disputed result, and a clear description of the issue.
13.3 SpinSaga may request additional information and may refer the matter to the Provider. Screenshots or screen recordings may be useful but do not replace the official system record.
13.4 Any unresolved complaint, limitation of liability, arbitration, governing-law, or other formal dispute matter is handled under the Terms and Conditions.
14.1 Casino games involve risk and should be used only for lawful entertainment. Set limits you can afford, avoid chasing losses, and stop playing if gaming is negatively affecting you.
14.2 Responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion, cooling-off options, and support resources are described in the Terms and Conditions and on the SpinSaga platform.
15.1 SpinSaga may update these Rules to reflect changes in games, technology, Providers, legal requirements, or operational practices.
15.2 The version displayed or linked on the platform when a wager is accepted applies to that wager. Material changes will be communicated where required.
Questions about a game round or these Rules may be sent to support@spinsagacasino.com. Please include the game or transaction ID whenever possible.
